Cookie Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how My PocketHR uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use our app. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used.

2. Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function — authentication, session management, security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie preferences. These cannot be turned off.
  • Functional. Remember your preferences (e.g. dark mode, dismissed banners).
  • Analytics. Help us understand which pages are used and where users get stuck so we can improve the product. We only enable analytics cookies when you accept them via our cookie banner.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. Managing your preferences

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser, which will re-display the banner. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies entirely from their settings — note that doing so may break sign-in and other essential features.

4. Third-party services

Some pages may load resources from third parties (for example, our payment processor Stripe on checkout pages). Those services may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
