Beta & Early Access Terms

Last updated: 13 June 2026

These Beta Terms apply while you use My PocketHR during a closed beta, early access or preview period. They sit on top of, and where they conflict take precedence over, our Terms of Use for those features.

1. Pre-release software

Beta features are provided "as is" and may contain bugs, change without notice, be temporarily unavailable, or be withdrawn entirely. Do not rely on a beta feature for time-critical or business-critical decisions without independent verification.

2. Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions or bug reports about a beta feature, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service. We won't publicly attribute feedback to you without your permission.

3. Confidentiality

Beta features and any non-public information we share about them (roadmap, screenshots, pricing) are confidential until publicly released. Please don't share screenshots or details externally without checking with us first.

4. Pricing during beta

If a beta is offered free of charge, we may begin charging for the feature once it leaves beta — we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to cancel before any charge applies.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of beta features is limited to refunding any fees you paid specifically for that beta feature in the 3 months preceding the claim. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Contact
