Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 13 June 2026
My PocketHR is committed to making our website and app usable by as many people as possible, including those who rely on assistive technologies.
Our target standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across our public website and the authenticated app.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML, headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Provide visible focus styles and full keyboard navigation across interactive elements.
- Maintain colour contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG AA on body text.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Design forms with associated labels, clear error states and helpful instructions.
- Support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
Known limitations
As a small team shipping quickly, some newer features may not yet be fully audited against WCAG 2.1 AA. Where we're aware of issues, we prioritise fixes in the next sprint.
Report an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email accessibility@mypockethr.com.au with a description of the issue, the page or feature involved, and the device / browser / assistive technology you're using. We'll acknowledge within 2 business days and work with you on a fix or workaround.
Alternatives
If you can't access something in the app, you can also reach a real person at support@mypockethr.com.au.
